Our Story
Think Mission was born from a simple observation: the organizations doing the most important work in our communities are often the most overwhelmed by administrative tasks. Executive directors juggling donor communications, grant applications, social media, and event planning. Development teams stretched thin trying to do more with less.
We saw brilliant, passionate people spending their evenings formatting spreadsheets instead of planning programs. We watched communications directors manually posting to five different platforms when they could be crafting compelling stories. We noticed grant writers copying and pasting the same information into dozens of applications.
So we asked ourselves: what if AI could handle the repetitive work? What if there was one platform that understood how mission-driven organizations actually operate? What if technology could finally work for them instead of adding to their burden?
That question became Think Mission: the operating system for mission-driven organizations, designed to automate the tedious so you can focus on what matters most.

I spent years as a data scientist at enterprise organizations, building systems that turned mountains of data into actionable insights. I saw firsthand how the right tools could transform how teams work—saving countless hours and letting people focus on what actually matters.
But I also saw something else: the organizations doing the most meaningful work in our communities—the ones feeding families, mentoring kids, and strengthening neighborhoods—were stuck using tools built for corporations, or worse, drowning in spreadsheets and manual processes.
That gap is why Think Mission exists. I wanted to bring the same level of automation and intelligence I built for enterprise companies to the organizations making real differences in communities. Because when mission-driven teams spend less time on busywork, they spend more time changing lives.
