What is Think Mission?
Think Mission is an AI-powered operating system for social impact organizations. It consolidates grant management, social media, fundraising, CRM, event management, program operations, volunteer coordination, community engagement, communications, and technical assistance into a single unified platform. Our goal is to automate tedious operational work so organizations can focus on their real mission: helping people.
How does the AI work?
Think Mission's AI both automates tasks and generates content — but always with your team in control. It automates things like matching grants to your profile, scoring donor engagement, syncing data across hubs, and surfacing insights in Mission Control. For content — grant narratives, social posts, donor emails, campaign copy — AI generates a first draft using your organization's mission, brand voice, and program details. Your staff then reviews, edits, and approves before anything is saved or sent. The AI does not have direct access to your database and cannot freely browse your records. AI handles the prep work, your team makes the decisions.
Is my data secure?
Yes. All data is encrypted at rest and in transit. Your organization's data is completely isolated from other organizations through row-level security policies enforced at the database level — not just the application layer. We use a five-tier role system (owner, admin, editor, contributor, viewer) so you control who within your organization sees what. All significant actions are logged with user identity, timestamp, and action taken.
What platforms do you integrate with?
Think Mission integrates with Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn for social media publishing. For productivity, we connect with Google Drive, Gmail, Microsoft Outlook, Canva, and Figma. For payments, we use Stripe and PayPal. All integrations are included in your subscription.
How much does Think Mission cost?
Think Mission uses revenue-based annual pricing designed to be accessible to organizations of all sizes. Fees are calculated as a percentage of your organization's annual revenue on a progressive bracket scale, with a minimum annual fee of $2,400. This means smaller organizations pay less, and the platform scales with you as you grow. Contact us for a specific quote.
How do I get started with Think Mission?
Contact us to schedule a demo. Once you sign up, here is what your first 30 days look like: In week one, our team helps you set up your organization profile, brand voice, and connected accounts. In week two, we migrate your existing data — contacts, donors, grants, programs — from your current tools. In weeks three and four, your team starts using the hubs that matter most to you while your customer success manager checks in to answer questions and help you get the most out of the platform. Most organizations are fully operational within one to two weeks.
