By accessing or using our platform, website, applications, or any services provided by Think Mission, LLC ("Think Mission," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Think Mission.

If you are using Think Mission on behalf of an organization, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms, and "you" refers to both you individually and the organization.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use our Service.

2. Description of Service

Think Mission is an integrated operating system for mission-driven organizations that provides tools and services, including but not limited to:

• Social Hub: Social media management, AI-powered content creation, scheduling, and analytics
• Grant Hub: Grant discovery, tracking, deadline management, and application assistance
• Fundraising Hub: Donor management, campaign tracking, and donation processing
• Event Hub: Event planning, registration, and attendee management
• Community Hub: Audience segmentation and engagement tracking
• Communications Hub: Email campaigns and messaging tools
• Application Hub: Program application intake and review workflows

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time, with or without notice.

3. Account Registration and Security

3.1 Account Creation

To use Think Mission, you must create an account and provide accurate, complete, and current information. You agree to update your information to keep it accurate and current.

3.2 Account Security

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access or security breach
• Ensuring that your team members comply with these Terms

3.3 Organization Accounts

Think Mission uses a multi-tenant architecture where each organization's data is isolated and protected. Organization administrators are responsible for managing user access and permissions within their organization.

4. Subscription and Payment Terms

4.1 Subscription Plans

Think Mission offers various subscription plans with different features and pricing. Plan details, including pricing and features, are available on our website and may be updated from time to time.

4.2 Payment

By subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to pay all applicable fees. Payments are processed through our third-party payment processor and are non-refundable except as required by law or as explicitly stated in these Terms.

4.3 Automatic Renewal

Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.

4.4 Price Changes

We may change our prices at any time. Price changes will be communicated at least 30 days in advance and will take effect at the start of your next billing period.

5. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree to use Think Mission only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree NOT to:

• Violate any applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights
• Use the Service for any fraudulent, deceptive, or illegal purpose
• Upload or transmit malware, viruses, or other harmful code
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
• Scrape, harvest, or collect data from the Service without permission
• Use the Service to send spam or unsolicited communications
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Violate the terms of service of any connected third-party platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.)
• Use AI-generated content in ways that violate platform policies or applicable laws
• Share your account credentials with unauthorized parties

We reserve the right to investigate and take appropriate action against anyone who violates these provisions, including removing content, suspending accounts, and reporting to law enforcement.

6. Intellectual Property

6.1 Our Intellectual Property

Think Mission and its entire contents, features, and functionality (including but not limited to all information, software, code, text, displays, graphics, logos, and design) are owned by Think Mission, its licensors, or other providers and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

6.2 Your Content

You retain all ownership rights to content you create, upload, or transmit through the Service ("Your Content"). By using the Service, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, store, and process Your Content solely to provide and improve the Service.

6.3 AI-Generated Content

Content generated by our AI tools is provided for your use. You are responsible for reviewing, editing, and ensuring AI-generated content complies with applicable laws and platform policies before publishing.

7. Data Ownership and Privacy

7.1 Your Data

You retain all ownership rights to your organization's data stored in Think Mission. We implement strict multi-tenant data isolation using Row-Level Security (RLS) policies to ensure your data is protected and accessible only to authorized users within your organization.

7.2 Data Processing

We process your data as described in our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

7.3 Data Export

You may export your data at any time through the Service. Upon termination of your account, we will provide a reasonable opportunity to export your data before deletion.

8. Third-Party Services and Integrations

8.1 Social Media Platforms

Think Mission integrates with third-party platforms including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and others. Your use of these integrations is subject to:

• The terms of service of each respective platform
• The permissions you grant during the OAuth connection process
• Any applicable platform-specific policies and guidelines

8.2 Meta Platforms (Facebook & Instagram)

When you connect Facebook or Instagram accounts, you authorize Think Mission to access and manage your Pages and accounts as permitted by Meta's APIs. You are responsible for ensuring your use complies with Meta's Terms of Service and Community Standards.

8.3 No Endorsement

Think Mission is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any third-party platform. We are an independent service provider that uses official APIs provided by these platforms.

9. Service Availability and Modifications

9.1 Availability

We strive to maintain high availability of the Service but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control.

9.2 Modifications

We may modify, update, or discontinue features of the Service at any time. We will provide reasonable notice of material changes that may affect your use of the Service.

10. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that:

• The Service will meet your specific requirements
• The Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free
• Results obtained from the Service will be accurate or reliable
• AI-generated content will be suitable for your intended purpose
• Third-party integrations will always function as expected

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THINK MISSION SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM:

• Your use or inability to use the Service
• Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers or any personal information stored therein
• Any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the Service
• Any bugs, viruses, or other harmful code transmitted through the Service
• Any errors or omissions in any content or for any loss or damage incurred as a result of using any content posted, transmitted, or otherwise made available through the Service

Our total liability for any claims arising from or related to these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Think Mission and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including attorney's fees) arising from: (a) your use of the Service; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your violation of any third-party right, including any intellectual property, privacy, or publicity right; or (d) any content you upload, post, or transmit through the Service.

13. Termination

13.1 Termination by You

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or using the account settings. Upon termination, you will lose access to the Service and your data.

13.2 Termination by Us

We may suspend or terminate your account immediately, without prior notice, if you violate these Terms, fail to pay applicable fees, or engage in conduct that we determine is harmful to the Service, other users, or third parties.

13.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. We will retain your data for a reasonable period to allow for export, after which it will be deleted in accordance with our data retention policies.

14. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in any court of competent jurisdiction.

15. Changes to These Terms
